Set Content-Type header to application/x-www-form-urlencoded when saving using Ajax adapter.
The header sent was browser-dependent:
- Firefox sent text/plain
- Safari sent appliation/xml http://github.com/neyric/wireit/commit/571db579b2a5fac52299cc391b08...
