Changed overlay insertion & hiding (datepicker & color field)

Used mousedownoutside event instead of clickoutside to intercept events earlier

Overlays are now rendered inside their fieldContainer instead of being appended to the body tag (easier to hide and style)
A refactor is needed to abstract the overlay feature in another
object
